About Me

Tony Pyle

I am a highly qualified mobile Personal Trainer, Boxing Tutor, and Nutritional Advisor based in Seghill near Cramlington, Northumberland. I provide specialist instruction, support, and motivation to help individuals and small groups achieve their fitness goals.

I operate across South Northumberland and North Tyneside, including Seghill, Cramlington, Annitsford, Seaton Delaval, Seaton Sluice, Blyth, Ashington, Monkseaton, Whitley Bay, Tynemouth, and Newcastle.

With over 15 years of boxing experience, both competitively and recreationally, I am deeply passionate about health and fitness. Committed to continuous learning, I constantly refine my techniques and expertise.

I hold Level 3 accreditation as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist and am an ABA-qualified Boxing Tutor, registered and insured through the Register of Exercise Professionals (REP). Additionally, I am trained in first aid and have had the privilege of learning from Olympic-level coaches, shaping my unique approach to training.

As a Personal Trainer, my goal is to help clients achieve maximum results safely and efficiently through structured exercise and nutrition. My training sessions combine cardiovascular and resistance exercises, offering intense, back-to-basics workouts tailored to individual abilities. I believe in proven methods over gimmicks, ensuring clear, practical guidance to help you get in shape—fast!

Our PRICES

Tony Tones Personal Training offers a personalised service and fitness plans covering everything from general fitness, boxing tuition, weight loss and muscle gain to sports-specific training for events. Our services are suitable for all levels of ability and fitness.

All prices are for 60-minute personal training sessions including a warm-up, the main workout and cool down. Please note we reserve the right to charge an additional fee to cover travel outside of our usual area. This will be agreed with you prior to confirming a booking.

Individual Personal Training Session

A 60 minute session at a time and location of your choice. After the initial consultation your first session involves more fitness tests for benchmarking and measuring progress.

Personal Training Session For Two People

Bring a partner or friend; have fun, share the cost and get fit together!  Then it’s just +£10 per additional person e.g. £30 for three people, £40 for four etc.
