Our personal training sessions are suitable for all skill levels and anyone aged 10yrs and older (under 18yrs must be accompanied by an adult). So don’t worry if you have never boxed before or if you don’t feel as young as you used to!! Your boxing sessions will be designed so you never feel out of your depth and always train at a level that suits you.
