My name is Tony Pyle and I’m an experienced highly qualified mobile Personal Trainer, Boxing Tutor and Nutritional Advisor based in Seghill near Cramlington in Northumberland. I offer specialist instruction, support and motivation to help individuals and small groups achieve their health and fitness goals.
I operate across South Northumberland and North Tyneside, mainly in Seghill, Cramlington, Annitsford, Seaton Delaval, Seaton Sluice, Blyth, Ashington, Monkseaton, Whitley Bay, Tynemouth and Newcastle.
I’ve always been passionate about health and fitness and I have boxed both competitively and for fun for more than 15yrs. I’m a big believer in continuous personal development and I strive to learn new techniques and develop my own expertise whenever an opportunity arises.
I’m a level 3 accredited Personal Trainer and Nutritionist and an ABA qualified Boxing Tutor registered and insured via the Register of Exercise Professionals (REP). I’m trained in first aid and I’ve also been fortunate enough to be coached by several Olympic level trainers, subsequently moulding my own unique approach from their drills, circuits, techniques and coaching styles.
As a Personal Trainer I am dedicated to helping others get the best results they possibly can, safely via sensible exercise and diet, but in the shortest time. The workouts I use are a combination of cardio-vascular exercise and resistance work; they are very intense (appropriate to your ability and fitness level) and very much ‘back to basics’ I don’t believe in gimmicks but instead aim to communicate my knowledge and experience in the simplest way I can, helping get you in shape in no time!
